How can I view my pricing agreements for webshop items??

Our web shop displays standard prices and certain items with a graduated discount. If you have price agreements with us, these prices will be displayed in your own account when you log in.

Some items are not priced in the web shop, for example, because they need production work. You can request a quote for these items directly from the web shop. We will inform you as soon as possible.

How to create an account?

Via the ‘Register’ button, you can log in and then choose to create a new account. Your name and company details are requested here, as well as a billing address and a shipping address. After entering your details, you will be sent a login code, after which you can create your own password.

Via your own account, you can then enter the following areas:
- My lists - with favourites
- Account and address details
- Order history
- Data sheet downloads

What are the shipping costs per order?

For a net order amount of less than € 150.00, we charge € 15.00 shipping costs.

For deliveries to Belgium and Germany, we charge € 20.00 shipping costs irrespective of the net order amount. Costs for deliveries to other countries depend on size and weight.

What are the delivery times for your products?

We can deliver most webshop products from stock the next working day.

This does not apply to all our products. If the delivery time differs from your requested delivery date, we will inform you as soon as possible via the order confirmation.

Is it possible to return goods?

Stocked goods can be exchanged if a wrong article has been ordered by mistake. This can be requested by telephone via our sales staff at +31 78-6921992 or by e-mail at Sales@ebt.nl.

Goods that are specially ordered at your request but are not a stock item of ours cannot be returned.
